Zentangle Workshop 禅绕艺术基础班101-104




The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.

Almost anyone can use it to create beautiful images. It increases focus and creativity, provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal wellbeing. The Zentangle Method is enjoyed all over this world across a wide range of skills, interests and ages.

We believe that life is an art form and that our Zentangle Method is an elegant metaphor for deliberate artistry in life.
We invite you to join this workshop and learn more about this wonderful and uplifting method and art form.

Zentangle workshop 103 will guide you to use black tiles and use colours to draw Zentangle and in the final workshop 104 You will learn to draw in brown tiles and draw 3D effect.

禅绕101基础班

 「生命是一幅没有橡皮擦的艺术作品 」这是「禅绕艺术」 的核心概念。(Life is the art of drawing without an eraser- Zentangle

禅绕艺术(Zentangle®)是一种新颖的艺术形式,在艺术中融合了放松、平静、疗愈,只需要一枝笔就能够简单上手。禅绕艺术使用了解构(deconstruct)技巧,将大自然及建筑中的图像拆解为简洁的圆圈;条线与几何图形重复创作。在创作的过程中享受平静的质量,同时带来疗愈的效果,有助于减低压力和降低痛苦。


绕绘图,适合没有美术基础的朋友,也适合有深厚美术背景的朋友。因为这是一个有步骤性的艺术型式。禅绕教师的责任,就是将学员带领进入禅绕绘图的领域,认 识禅绕、了解方法、并且完成第一张图案。创办人的理念,认为每位接触的朋友,一定能画的出来。版主目前教学的过程中,见证创办人的说法,每位朋友都办得 到,而且常有不同的创作与感受。
 
这种风靡英、美、台湾。。。的禅绕艺术(Zentangle®)是由玛利亚汤姆斯(Maria Rhomas)和她的伴侣芮克罗勃兹(Rick Roberts)2005年创立,创造了能够透过绘画的过程享受心灵的洗礼与沉淀的绘画方式。

美国纽约有些医疗机构研究利用「禅绕艺术」来帮助患者。在纽约市立医院一个病房内,有位护士长与一群依赖吗啡止痛的病人分享这种创作,结果发现病患在参与「禅绕艺术」创作的阶段,需要的吗啡剂量有非常明显的下降。
另一位罹患严重度抑郁症的女士,她经常在手袋内放一本笔记本和一支笔,每当自己觉得不对劲的时,就拿出纸和笔开始画画。她发现压力纾缓得多,透过「禅绕艺术」,重燃希望。

Meredith Yuhas心理学家进行了禅绕的研究,实验结果发现禅绕练习不仅有益于心智,同时也有益于身体健康。这些益处不仅对心理层面有所帮助,包含减低沮丧、降低焦虑、减缓压力。同时对身体的慢性疼痛、 纤维肌痛的治疗有所帮助;也可以增进脑部功能、加强免疫反应、改善血压与失眠。

102的基础班将会学习更多不同的技巧,学习更多不同的方式做禅绕画。就算没有参加过禅绕101课程的同学也可以加入这个班哦,谢谢!

103的基础班, 我们将会学习如何使用黑色的纸和使用色彩让禅绕画更丰富而104的基础班学则是使用咖啡色的纸画出3D效果
